The second batch of the Nov./Dec. 2023–2024 examinations administered by the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) will take place from Monday, July 19, through Sunday, October 17, 2021. Scratch card pin sales for NABTEB registration are currently open and running.

Registration Procedures and Guidelines for NABTEB Examination 2024

Here, you will get the registration procedures and guidelines for NABTEB Registration 2023. Follow the underlisted guidelines to successfully register for the NABTEB Examination.

1. The student’s biometric data, such as their right and left thumbs. NOTE: The local NABTEB office can provide you with a copy of the biometric data capture application.
2. When performing the biometric data capture, be sure to provide the correct name, passport, or registration card, together with the PIN and SERIAL.
3. After the biometric data has been successfully captured, go to the online registration portal to finish the registration process. NOTICE: If you do not initially complete the biometric data capture, the portal will not let you register online.
4. Complete and submit the application form found on the NABTEB application portal.
5. Verify that your passport is 160 by 200 pixels and less than 30 kilobytes in size.
6. Navigate to the ‘Start Here’ link.
7. Enter the PIN and serial number obtained from the purchased scratch card.
8. Complete and submit the shown form
9. Save your Candidate Number in a secure place.
10. Print the photocard and registration form and save it safely.

NABTEB Registration/Examination Date 2024

The examination board has not specified the registration period for NABTEB 2024 Nov/Dec.  Registration will begin in August 2023. Begin registering right away! Make sure you register for the certification exam and start studying early.

NABTEB Examination Fee 2024

The registration fee for NABTEB Nov/Dec 2024 examination is

1. The registration fee for: i. November/December NBC/NTC/General Education is N10,500 per candidate.
2. The November/December ANBC/ANTC fee is N12,250 per candidate.
3. Examination fees, result checking, biometric registration, e-learning, and information VCD are all included in the registration fee.
4. Late registration will result in a N5,000.00 penalty per candidate.

Instruction for Physically impaired Candidates

Visually impaired candidates must indicate clearly the state and nature of their disability. There are laid out privileges for challenged candidates, for instance, Albinos will be allowed an additional 10 minutes for the objective component of the exam and 20 minutes for the practical section.

How to Register for NABTEB Examination 2024

• Visit https://novdec.nabteb.gov.ng/CandidateRegistration.aspx for more information.
• Select the “Start here” option.
• Log in using your username and password (PIN and serial number from scratch card).
• Upload and scan your passport. Make sure your passport is under 30kb and has a red backdrop with a size of 160px by 200px.
• Enter your accurate personal details. Surname, first name, and second name, in that order. Fill in your address, gender, and date of birth as well.
• You are expected to enroll in only one trade. Enrolling multiple entries would invalidate your registration.
